Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Agape & Co. (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live).

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service — no unlawful activity, attempts to breach security, scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Plans & payment

• Free includes the basics. Pro is a one-time payment that unlocks all features. Planner is a monthly subscription for managing multiple clients.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel a subscription anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard; access continues through the paid period.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@agapeand.co. After 24 hours, payments are non-refundable. For Planner subscriptions, this applies to each renewal charge — cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

Your content

You own the planning data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display it back to you as part of providing the Service.

Availability & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You're responsible for keeping your own copies of important information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agape & Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
