Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Agape & Co. at agapeand.co (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business's behalf.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One business per account unless we agree otherwise.

Plans and billing

• Self-serve plans start with a free trial. After it ends, you need a paid subscription to keep automatic replies and follow-ups running. Your leads stay saved.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid aren't refunded except where the law requires.
• Done-for-you setup is billed as agreed in writing, including any guarantee we offer there.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Payments from your clients

Retainers and deposits are processed by Stripe and paid into your own Stripe account. By connecting Stripe, you agree to Stripe's terms. You're responsible for your prices, refunds, taxes and your contracts with clients. We aren't a party to them.

Emails and AI replies

• The service sends emails to people who contacted you, on your behalf. Use it only for genuine inquiries and follow law on commercial email. No spam, no purchased lists.
• Replies may be drafted by AI from your business details. You're responsible for what's sent in your name, so keep your pricing, availability and FAQs accurate and review drafts when you choose to.
• Availability checks depend on the calendars and blocked dates you provide and can be wrong. Always confirm a date before taking a booking.

Your data

You own your content and your leads' information. You let us host and process it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to give us the information you add, and for answering your clients' privacy requests. You can export or delete your data by contacting us.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. That includes breaking the law, sending spam, impersonating others, uploading malware, probing our systems or getting around limits and bot checks.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we discontinue the service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service and cancel any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice when reasonable.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost bookings or profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

General

These terms are governed by California law, with disputes heard in the courts of Orange County, California. If we update them, we'll post the new version here and email vendors about significant changes. Questions: hello@agapeand.co.
